How long does the hydration reminder battery last?

Based on average daily usage the battery should last 12-18 months. To replace the battery, simply remove the small screw and insert a CR2032 button battery (commonly used in watches).



Is the hydration reminder waterproof?

No, not officially. Although, we have put it through all sorts of rigorous testing including being accidentally left in a pocket of a pair of shorts on their way to the washing machine - after we let it dry out and then changed the battery, it still worked!


Can I wash the sweatband?

Yes, just remember to remove the hydration reminder first. The sweatbands can be machine washed at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry.


Is the bottle dishwasher safe?

The cap can be washed on the top shelf of the dishwasher. We recommend hand washing the metal bottle in warm soapy water.


Where do you deliver to?

Currently, we deliver to the UK, Europe and USA. We plan to start shipping to more countries as soon as possible. Delivery estimates to UK are Priority 2-3 days tracked or Standard 3-5 days. Europe and USA estimates are Standard 5-7 days tracked. All packages are sent by Royal Mail.


My hydration reminder is not vibrating?

To test the motion sensor and vibration motor are working correctly, the vibration module has to be reset. To do this, simply remove the battery for a few seconds and then replace it - the vibration reminder should instantly vibrate three times to let you know it is working. If there are no vibrations, try again using a new battery. If there are still no vibrations then please get in touch so we can send you a replacement and arrange for the non-working unit to be returned for analysis.


Can I return an order?

Yes, we accept returns of unused items or items that are faulty.

If you wish to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout. You may only return Super8 products directly to Emotive Health if they were purchased online at If you are wanting to return a Super8 product that was not purchased online, it will need to be returned to the authorised Super8 reseller.

We can only refund items that have been unused in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of goods, for example:

  • the original instruction brochure is still inside;
  • the item is in its original packaging; and
  • the item is unused and as received


Can I cancel an order?

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.


How do I apply a discount code using PayPal?

If you have a discount code, it can be applied after PayPal re-directs you back to our site following payment approval... we know it's strange but hopefully we'll get this sorted soon!
