This week from the 14-20 of June is Nutrition and Hydration Week. This global event aims to raise awareness and educate about the value of food and drink in maintaining health and well-being, whilst highlighting and promoting improvements in the provision of nutrition and hydration locally, nationally, and globally.
To celebrate Nutrition and Hydration Week, we are launching our 28-day Super8 Hydration Challenge.
Completing the challenge, children will learn to recognise urine colour as a key sign of dehydration and understand the importance of drinking water regularly throughout the day. Using the free downloadable challenge chart, children note down their urine colour at end of each day, this will let children (and parents) know if they drank enough water during the day.
On completing the challenge at the end of the 28 days, you can claim their free personalised Super8 certificate from the hydration challenge page in the menu.
Why not join in and do it with them? It's amazing how many adults are continually dehydrated!
Suit up – it’s time to hydrate! The Super8 wearable hydration reminder is a discreet, fun way to help remind kids to drink water regularly throughout the day.
